Patorls knitting area to inspect cloth being knitted on warp
or circular knitting machines: Walks continuously between
machines and observes cloth for defects, such as yarn breaks,
holes, discolorations, and stop marks. Stops machine with hand
lever or button and marks defects for Warp-Knitting-Machine
Operator (knitting) or Circular Kntiter (knitting). May tie ends
of new warp to corresponding ends of warp in machine.
May doff
rolls of cloth.
